RPM app Support tab

Support collects the device instructions and practical troubleshooting shown by the example app. It helps a user prepare a supported device and understand what to check when a measurement cannot be captured.

Bluetooth pairing requires a physical phone; the iOS simulator can run the demo UI but cannot pair the example devices. Always use the instructions supplied with the exact device model and check it against the Ovok supported-device catalog.

The page is not a substitute for manufacturer instructions or clinical guidance. The sample app does not interpret the ECG or provide emergency monitoring.
