RPM app Diary tab

Diary presents the readings and check-ins captured on this phone, including synthetic demo history, weight trends, ECG traces, timestamps, and questionnaire answers.

What the history means

The diary is a device-local view, not a complete cross-device history fetched from the server. Demo and Patient records use separate storage. The app keeps pending Patient entries visible and labels failed server writes Needs sync, with an explicit retry action.

This distinction matters when testing: signing in does not upload demo history, and seeing an entry in the diary does not by itself prove the remote FHIR save succeeded. Check the displayed sync state and, for a sandbox test, verify the Patient resource in Ovok.

Explore the source: Diary.tsx renders the history and filters; care-store.tsx owns the local state and save states; model.ts defines and validates diary entries.

Try it

Record one demo ECG and weight from Home, then open Diary. Inspect timestamps, trend presentation, and the synthetic-data label. Resetting demo history is available in Settings.

For the app's storage and retry behavior, read Local data and sync.
