What this means
Ovok encountered an unexpected failure while processing the request. The response may not explain the internal cause; the traceId helps an administrator locate the corresponding server-side record.
Troubleshooting
Record the HTTP status, problem type, request path, response timestamp, and traceId. Before repeating a write or other state-changing operation, read the affected resource or check the operation's documented status because the response alone may not tell you whether the change took effect.
Retry safely
For an operation that is safe to repeat, make a small number of attempts with a delay between them. Avoid tight retry loops. If the error persists, stop retrying until the issue is understood.
If the problem persists
Share the HTTP status, problem type, request path, response timestamp, and traceId with your administrator or support contact. Do not include access tokens or sensitive patient data. The Error responses guide explains the response fields and field-level errors.
