FAILED_DEPENDENCY
Find and resolve the prerequisite operation behind an Ovok failed-dependency response.
HTTP 424. Problem type: https://docs.ovok.com/errors/failed-dependency.
What this means
The requested operation depends on another operation that did not succeed. The response's detail, field errors, and endpoint documentation may identify which prerequisite needs attention.
Troubleshooting
Check that the prerequisite resource or operation exists, completed successfully, and belongs to the expected project. Verify referenced identifiers and required values against the latest state, then inspect the dependent endpoint's documented order of operations. If the prerequisite itself returned an error, troubleshoot that error first rather than repeatedly submitting the dependent request.
Retry safely
Resolve the failed prerequisite, confirm its result, and then retry only the dependent operation if that operation is safe to repeat. If either step may have partially completed, read the current state before replaying it.
If the problem persists
Share the HTTP status, problem type, request path, response timestamp, and traceId with your administrator or support contact. Do not include access tokens or sensitive patient data. The Error responses guide explains the response fields and field-level errors.
