Health sync on the next client (preview)

@ovok/native/next/data-sync exposes the HealthKit and Health Connect import contract through @ovok/core/next. It reuses the existing data-sync module and keeps its legacy import path available. Start with the next client for client setup and HealthKit and Health Connect for platform permissions, record mapping, and import behavior.

The DataSync components use the signed-in patient from the next client provider. For a headless Android Health Connect import, use runAndroidHealthConnectSync instead.
