ovok.accounts

One read call for an account switcher. It needs a signed-in user.

• Each entry carries an email and a name. Nothing more.
• Calls GET accounts and returns a plain array, not a PagePromise.
• This lists accounts on the server. Accounts saved on the device for quick sign-in are a different feature; see ovok.session.
