Symptom questionnaire
This key names a questionnaire-related category, but it is not a measurement type supported by the SDK's observation hooks.

The enum entry is a declared category key, not evidence of a complete measurement API. The current React measurement hook cannot return a typed value for this category, and the save service registry has no service for it.
Declared shape
No category-specific measurement interface is exported for this key. The generic base measurement only supplies the discriminator and does not define questionnaire answers.
Current behavior
useObservations() explicitly excludes this key. The measurement save registry also has no service for it. Questionnaire answers use QuestionnaireResponse resources and the separate questionnaire-response client methods; they do not use this measurement key.
Do not pass this key to useObservations() or saveMeasurement() and expect a measurement workflow. The documented supported categories are listed in the measurement support matrix.
