Spirometry panel
The SDK exports a spirometry-shaped interface, but the category key is not connected to measurement reads or saves.

The enum entry is a declared category key, not evidence of a complete measurement API. The current React measurement hook cannot return a typed value for this category, and the save service registry has no service for it.
Declared shape
The exported SpirometryMeasurement shape contains optional string fields fvc, fev1, fev0.5, fev1/fvc, pef, fef25, fef50, fef75, and fef2575, plus a required spirometryValues array of coded values. The type does not define units for the strings, and the shape does not bind itself to MeasurementTypeKey.spirometryPanel.
Current behavior
There is no spirometry save service or read-code mapping. The declared spirometry Observation code and the exported shape do not provide serialization behavior. Do not use this type with saveMeasurement() until a typed workflow is implemented.
Do not pass this key to useObservations() or saveMeasurement() and expect a measurement workflow. The documented supported categories are listed in the measurement support matrix.
