Read a Signals raw alert

Shared authentication, project scope, and response conventions.

Reads one individual alert. :alertId is the Signals alert id. The route returns the same fields as one item from the raw-alert list. It works when episode alerts are disabled. Every missing, cross-project, or unreadable record returns the same 404.

Requirement or result	Details
Access policy	signals_alerts:read and Patient read
Success	200 with one raw alert and its note count
404	Alert is missing, outside the project, or tied to an unreadable Patient.
