useCmsTranslations
Loads the CMS translations collection into the app's i18next instance:
read in the i18next language unless options.locale is set, and added under
its CMS locale ("de", which a "de-DE" language still resolves through). The
app's own strings still win; the CMS replaces the SDK's built-in English.
Call it once, near the root; signed out, pass tenantCode.
