viatomOximeter
Declares one oximeter of the range.
The ViHealth wire protocol uses a distinct AA request / 55 response envelope. Replies
carry a status byte rather than echoing the opcode, and the sensor state at byte 18 tells
us whether the reading is usable. No-finger and acquiring frames are deliberately idle:
they are normal states while the user puts the ring on, not decoding failures.
