LepuResponseType
What a Lepu device says about the request it just answered.
Only SUCCESS means the payload holds what was asked for. Every other value is an error
whose payload is not the requested data, so a reply has to be checked before it is
decoded - otherwise a refusal is read as a reading, out of whatever bytes happen to
follow the header.
