LepuCommand

The commands every Lepu device understands.

These are the generic opcodes, shared across the whole family. Device-specific opcodes live below 0x40 and belong with their driver, because the same number means different things on different hardware - 0x08 polls realtime data on a BP2 and starts a measurement on others. That collision is why this module holds only the opcodes that are genuinely common, and why a driver must never assume a low opcode is safe to send to an unidentified device.
