The SH09 reuses company ID 0x0A0A and advertises only as "S9". Require both fields and the exact manufacturer payload length; the name alone is ambiguous. react-native-ble-plx exposes the manufacturer-specific bytes as base64, including the two company-ID bytes at the start of the AD structure.
