decodeVerovalEcgSamples
Turns the bytes of a recording into millivolts.
A trailing odd byte is ignored: half a sample is not a sample. The conversion is the device's own, applied as it states it rather than reduced to a single factor, so a header that reports a different range still decodes correctly.
