Bluetooth device UI
The @ovok/native/bt-device entry point exports a device-status list, its compound row component, a static supported-device list, and the context provider for list data.

Data ownership
DeviceListProvider seeds a list of SDK device rows. The list and provider are independent of BLE discovery: place BTProvider around the session as well when the app needs live device updates. Status changes are applied by matching a row's deviceType to the discovered device name.
