## How Ovok fits together [#how-ovok-fits-together]

<ArchitectureDiagram />

- **FHIR data.** Patients, devices, observations and the rest live as FHIR R4 resources, with focused routes for
  common monitoring workflows.
- **Devices.** Readings from supported blood-pressure monitors, sleep radars, SpO₂ monitors, urine analysers and
  wearables arrive as observations you can read live or as history.
- **Care operations.** Projects and sub-projects organise patients, devices, thresholds and teams.
- **Alerts.** For patients enrolled in [Signals](/signals), an MDR Class IIa medical device, Ovok forwards eligible
  vital signs and brings the alert decisions back into your app.

## Choose your SDK [#choose-your-sdk]

| SDK | Package | Use it for |
| --- | --- | --- |
| [JavaScript](/web-sdk) | `@ovok/core` | Web apps and TypeScript services |
| [React Native](/native-sdk) | `@ovok/native` | Mobile apps, Bluetooth devices, health-data sync |
| [Java](/java-sdk) | `com.ovok:ovok-sdk` | JVM services |
| [Python](/python-sdk) | `ovok-sdk` | Services, scripts and data work |
| [Flutter](/flutter-sdk) | `ovok_sdk` | Dart and Flutter apps |

Every SDK speaks to the same API, so you can also call it directly: start with
[authentication](/authentication) and the [FHIR resources](/api/fhir/r4).
